Polythene Wrapping >>Being one of the main functions of a mailing house, Mail Options is no slouch when it comes to poly-wrapping the wide variety of publications & products that pass through our doors each month. Books, Magazines, Newspapers, multi-part mailers, brochures & samplers: A4, C5 & Imperial sizes, in fact almost any symmetrical & regular sized product can be handled & fulfilled on our automated wrapping lines; Using high-speed 7 station STS, ultra-fast 4 station STS (with selective insert capabilities), or 5 station Ritmica SH30 equipment, there are few poly wrapping jobs which cannot be handled by Mail Options &, with a capacity in excess of 100,000 items per day, the possibilities & combinations are enormous. OPTIONS: Option (a) -using address carrier: Main item, plus carrier, plus up to 5 additional inserts. Option (b) -Video addressing on line onto film: Main item, plus up to 6 additional inserts. ......Both undertaken at speeds between 6,000 & 15,000 items per hour, per machine, with TURNAROUND TIME to mailout: 24 to 48 hours SUITABLE FOR: Magazines, catalogues, books, brochures, direct mail (using opaque poly film) & multi-part mailers. |
